These terms apply to the 2026 Latin America-Caribbean Investor Delegation, sailing December 13-20, 2026. This retreat is operated by Gold Coast Luxury Events & Media, LLC, doing business as Chicago to New York Concierge, an independent affiliate of Incentive Connection Travel. By submitting a deposit, the guest agrees to these baseline terms.
** 2. Deposits and Payment Schedule **
– Initial Deposit: A $500 non-refundable deposit per stateroom is required to secure your reservation and lock in current group pricing.
– Installments: Additional payment schedules will be outlined in your formal booking confirmation.
– Final Payment: All balances must be paid in full prior to the final payment deadline set by the cruise line.
** 3. Cancellation and Refund Policy **
Because this is a curated group delegation with strict stateroom lock-in dates, our cancellation schedule is as follows:
– Initial Deposit: The $500 stateroom deposit is strictly non-refundable upon booking as cabins are immediately finalized with the cruise line for our August 15th lock-in.
– Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within the final penalty window (typically 90 days or less prior to the December 13, 2026 departure) are subject to partial or full forfeiture of all payments made, dictated by the cruise line’s standard penalty schedule.
